You can add a reply to a guest review by following these steps:

It sometimes makes sense to select texts containing the various letters and symbols specific to the output language.

• Log in ExploreBees supplier profile
• Go to dashboard and click on reviews
• In this section, you can see all the reviews related to your listings
• Click on ‘Reply’ and then ‘Send’ when you’re ready

Things to remember:

• You can only respond to reviews only once. Remember you cannot edit or delete thee responces.
• You must reply either in the same language as the review or in English. Responses provided in a different language will not be displayed online or translated.

• Question the legitimacy of the review/guest
• Criticise the reviewer's choice to remain anonymous – this is the customer’s right and an option we provide accordingly
• Ask guests to modify or remove their review
