How do I know when my ticket has been sold?

There are many ways to find out which of your tickets have been sold. Each time someone buys a ticket, you’ll receive a text message and an email from us. If you only received one of the two, don’t worry - your ticket is still sold! If you’re still not sure, you can check the status of all your bookings at active bookings page under bookings section in dashboard.
