Is my ticket sold when I only received a text message?

Yes. If you received a text message or an email, then your ticket is sold! When you're still not sure, log in to your ExploreBees supplier account, go to the dashboard, find my bookings in the left side and click on my bookings and active bookings. you can check the status of all your sold tickets here.
