Why do we get paid after the booking ended?

We pay our suppliers after the tour or activity takes place because of the complications involved with refunds if a booking is cancelled. If we transfer the money to you after the booking, and then the booking is cancelled and we need to refund the customer, the transaction costs will be triple. This is also convenient for you as we will take care of refunds and cancellations. These are conditions you agreed to when you post the tickets for sale on our website.
