No. it's not mandatory to take a printout of the ticket. You can simply show your Mobile Voucher (e-ticket) on your personal mobile device (smartphone or tablet) in ExploreBees app or website. Or you can show booking conformation e-mail or SMS to gain access. Mobile vouchers can be stored or forwarded to others. Another reason is that mobile vouchers are environmentally friendly and save printed paper!
